Today’s episode is filled with deep and meaningful knowledge on how entrepreneurs can better take care of their mental health. I’m joined by Dr. Kelly Vincent, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY30672) and owner of Nourished Wellness Group, a holistic mental health group practice in Encinitas, California. In this episode we hear how to look deeper within to find the emotional root of a variety of mental roadblocks that can cause fear and anxiety while experiencing our entrepreneurship journey. Dr. Vincent shares techniques for getting curious to bring the root of issues to light and tips for how to overcome them and move forward to find success.

Dr. Vincent is passionate about the integration of the mind and body in clinical treatment, thus utilizing a variety of modalities such as EMDR, yoga therapy, walk-talk therapy, somatic experiencing, and nervous system education in her work with clients. She specializes in working with women who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and imposter syndrome. She loves working with women of all ages, especially 20-somethings, female entrepreneurs, and mothers. Dr. Vincent is a certified gentle and restorative yoga teacher, author of True You: A Self-Discovery Journal, and founder of Studio Nourished, a digital oasis to relearn, restore, release, and regulate.
